5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

The ButterStore platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ButterStore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButterStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
